Fennel fruits

Of the sweet fennel, which originally comes from the Mediterranean region, fennel fruits in particular are used for the production of aromatic herbal teas. As soon as the fennel seeds turn grey on the perennial, they are harvested and dried. Fennel fruits are characterized by a sweet, slightly spicy taste.
